Conrad Bauer is a Berlin based photographer.
Studied at Ostkreuzschule für Fotografie Conrads imagery is engaged with the everyday of our contemporary life.
He often shoots outside finding the sudden rendezvous of a certain feeling or look. By creating moments between the fleeting and the staged he captures the spontaneity of atmosphere, light and movement in a close and apparently personal environment. His longtime involvement with skateboarding has allowed him to precisely observe the urban landscape. With a sensitivity to the street and to civic phenomenons he is concerned with translating sensuality and emotions into scenic settings. Conrads images always display a special attention to the detail.
